When you call Mason Crew, you can expect us to talk real numbers with you. We are bricklayers, and our work and craftsmanship speak for themselves. We have been committed to our company for the last nine years and intend on being in business for years to come. Our pricing reflects that. Our clients receive high-quality masonry repair service at a low cost. Low-cost masonry service only means we do the job correctly the first time.
Our goal is to bring brick and stone repair cost down using simple technology when available. Depending on which services are needed, our clients may not even need to be home. We can let you know that we’re on the property before we start our evaluation, and after we’ve examined the area, we can send you a small video explaining our diagnoses.
Even better, we can answer many of your questions and even provide some estimates from pictures submitted and a detailed description of the services you need. However, pricing through messages is just an estimate.
Keep in mind that we are 100% fully insured. You hold NO liability to our employees. We have them covered from head to toe.
Contract and Pricing for Residential Masonry Repairs
Mason Crew LLC wants to get the job done in a way that will meet and exceed your expectations, and we have competitive pricing to go with that. When you reach out to us, we will respond quickly with an estimate and take action as soon as you are ready.
Please understand prices listed below are for reference only. Many times after looking at the job, we are lower than expected.
- Small Jobs: $350 minimum charge (minor tuckpointing, loose brick, or fallen stone)
- Leaning Columns: $600-$1,100 (depending on height and damage)
- Masonry Waterproofing: $4 per square foot
- Brick Cleaning, Mold and Brick Restoration Service: $8 per square foot
- Brick Demolition: $3-$4 per square foot
- Brick Install: N/A
- Chimney Crown Replacement: $1,100-$ 3,500 (all materials and labor)
- New Brick Mailbox: $950-$1,400 (We have special financing options for unexpected mailbox damages.)
- Replacing Brick Mailbox Insert: $600 (add $100 more for actual insert – homeowner should attempt first)
- 10 or Fewer Brick Jobs: $400
- All-Day or Full-Day Repairs: $950-$1,250 (typically includes 3-4 skilled masons/or intricate areas)
- Replacing Cracked Mortar Joints or Lintels Sagging over the Garage: $3,600-$5,800 (All materials and labor included. Please call for a field measure, which is critical for pricing.)
- Extensive Brick Repair: $1,700-$3,800 (full-time masonry experts at your project/our whole team.)
We ask for a 30% deposit and final payment upon completion to your satisfaction.

With our wide range of masonry services, we always assess the issues and problem, not the neighborhood. Our pricing has been very consistent no matter where you live or how small the job is.
We offer same-day urgent service and out-of-service-area pricing. Our team respects your time and also understands when you may need urgent repair, for instance, if masonry was damaged around your storefronts, a masonry sign was damaged, you need someone to tarp a chimney, you need a temporary mailbox while researching a new one, you need graffiti removal, or someone damaged perimeter fencing or hit brick columns.
